Scope, timeline, investment, responsibilities, acceptance criteria, intellectual property, support, and conditions only apply when recorded in an accepted proposal or agreement. Browsing this site does not require ROGPE to accept a request or a visitor to hire a service.
You may browse, share links, and quote identified excerpts. Do not harm availability, try to access restricted areas, submit unlawful material, bypass technical controls, or present yourself as ROGPE without authorization.
